Way to go, and please don’t ever change!

Dear Peter,

Betty and I wish to thank you so much – for the outstanding professional job you did in repairing our Honda Accord EX, after that terrible accident on February 20th.

Not only did you pay attention to every single detail concerning the car – interior, exterior, etc., but your attention and concern for us as your customer and as individuals went far beyond that which we’ve seen at other repair shops in our lifetime. Besides keeping your word about what you would and could do to restore the car, you also followed up on every question we had, including items that were not related to the accident.

On one occasion, I stopped by on a Saturday and Pat, without hesitation, dropped what he was doing to assist me with the loose trunk lid lock. While it took all of five minutes, most other shops would have said to “leave it for the day”, or “make an appointment”. It was really nice of Pat to do that – but now that I know you guys I realize it’s your standard to be responsive to your customers’ needs.

Way to go, and please don’t ever change!

As a final point of information, you will be pleased to know that the two witnesses to the accident told their story to Liberty Mutual. The other driver was proven to be completely at fault for causing the accident, and we will be totally reimbursed for our deductible.

If ever in the future we should need repairs, yours is the only shop we would consider. And, without hesitation, we will be recommending your services to all our friends. Thanks again for all your help, and best wishes to you for continued success in the future.
